The countdown has started to our annual flagship fundraiser, Wear A Hat Day, on Friday 28ᵗʰ March. Will you pull on a Panama or stride out in a sou’wester to help us get closer to a cure?
Take part by wearing your favourite hat for the day and making a donation – or help us to make this year’s Wear A Hat Day more impactful than ever before and host a hat-themed event.
This year, we’re asking you to ‘put your thinking cap on’ and plan an event in your community, in your workplace or in your school. You could hold a hat-themed quiz or coffee morning, gather your music group and put on a performance for a good cause, do a sponsored walk in a wizard’s hat, or make headgear the dress code for your next school disco.
Register to take part and we’ll send you a downloadable fundraising pack filled with even more ideas and inspiration. Your Community Fundraiser will be in touch, too, to offer their support and ensure your event is a success.
Since its launch in 2010, Wear A Hat Day has raised more than £2.2 million. With your help, we can send this total soaring and keep funding the research taking place in our Centres of Excellence, which will one day change the story for brain tumour patients everywhere.
